About
The Way [or the Tao]: the universal path in life. The force which runs through and gives life to all things. To exist in harmony. To go with the flow.
A Sage: a heart-led person embodying wisdom itself. The walking epitome of the way of harmony in the world.

Alchemy is my language.
I have a knack for making things with my hands and alchemizing the Earth. My goal is to improve your relationship with the Earth, your body, and Spirit, because we are all on the journey to the way to sage. 🙂
This began with wanting to take my health into my own hands – to understand what I was putting in and on my body, while deepening my relationship with the natural world. In a world of convenience, I was disconnected from source and blindly consuming.
Yoga helped me alchemize movement and stillness to care for my vessel and mind. Herbalism and mycology guided me to understand not only whole body care, but full spectrum health on an ancient, primal level. Permaculture followed suit and allowed me to have a meaningful impact on the health of the environment, too! A full loop system, from growing, harvesting, composting, reusing, repurposing, and energy conservation alike.
I believe that the most radical thing that we can do for the environment is to be a part of it. Bring our health back into our own hands and our local neighborhoods. My role? To be your friendly next-door witch. 🙂
It’s my honor and Dharma to remind us of this:
We are the medicine.
